Hi there! I’m Sahil, a friendly and easygoing traveler with a passion for exploring new places, meeting people from all walks of life and immersing myself in diverse cultures.

I’m currently based in Surrey, Canada 🇨🇦 preparing to work as a Paramedic🩺. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to experience various roles, from working in a bank to taxpayer services and now in healthcare, which have given me strong interpersonal skills and a love for meaningful conversations.

Travel is one of my greatest joys, I’m always looking for authentic experiences that go beyond the typical tourist path. I love discovering what makes a place unique. Speaking of languages, I’ve been learning Spanish and really enjoy the process of connecting with others through it, it’s such a beautiful language!

I’m a vegetarian 🌱 who loves staying active and working out is an important part of my lifestyle. I believe in taking care of both body and mind, which helps me stay energized and positive during my travels💪🏻.

When I’m not traveling, I enjoy spending time with friends, planning future adventures & working toward my private pilot license 👨🏼‍✈️. I’m also a homeowner and love creating a cozy and welcoming space, which is why I appreciate the spirit of Couchsurfing so much, it’s about connection, shared experiences and making the world feel a little smaller.
