ABOUT ME
I became a vegetarian about 10 years ago.
I try to eat healthy and teach others about it, and also learn from others as well.
I cannot stand smoking. I don’t drink, and like to read a lot.
I do eat some sea food, and eggs. but stay away from farmed fish and all.
In the absence of luxuries Like fresh bread, organic tomatoes and fresh eggs a bowl of rice suffices.
PHILOSOPHY
Everyone needs help.
Everyone needs to learn.
In life we need to always ready to be a student and teacher. Learning life, and teaching at the same time.
Recently I have become a believer in growing fish and plants together, So this is my newest mission in life to learn to perfect it to its outmost and spread the word about it.(Aquaponics)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to couch surfing, so I don’t know yet what to do, and how to contribute.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
not yet.
Interests
Scuba diving and just watching people in different countries how they live and work is an amazing experience. The nicest thing about China for me is that how they sometimes use the smallest spaces, curbside, or just a foam box to grow vegetables. and even though it’s so little, I think every little bit contributes to the well being of the planet. I have also started growing some garlic greens. it’s so incredibly easy.

Music, Movies, and Books
Joule Vern’s books are my favorite. Sounds old fashion.
Classical Music is a good way to wonder through the days happenings.
As for the movies, I saw a movie on the Russian airline, with the best score.(Irony of love).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
To me the most amazing thing in life are the SUNSETS in quiet hill, just seeing the magnificent site, in the quiet of the nature, and make you wonder and forget all that worries you.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well my big thing is that to eat healthy you need to know more about your foods, cookware and storage ware.
Need to stay away from spinach, eggplants, star fruits celery leaves and beet greens. they are very high in oxalic acid.
Cilantro and turnip greens are best for you, they are high in calcium.
as for more calcium input, fish bone cooked in tomato sauce is good way of increasing your calcium intake.
