Nice talking to folks from all Social Strata. I like ideas-
We creatures need food, safety Shelter , social connection. But humans live a traumatic life, sigh.. Please no more attacking or criticizing others . ( all religions gave the Golden Rule as their basic sponsoring thought)

I have taken disabled people sailing. I am usually training or giving sailing experience to women sailors, because there are too many abusive & narcissistic male skippers in the Sailing community. I do provide safe "alcohol free" and "yelling free" sailing environments.

I Don't watch movies, they are too often creating "the Spectacle Mentality" that robs society of creativity, critical thinking, & Free Will.. And movies give too many lessons on being violent.

To be onLine and Zoom is causing loneliness and many kinds of harm . To have been abused or spanked as a child, lectured and blamed creates a Multi-Personality adult. In the sailing on the bigger sailboats a connection and healing can be formed - as long as there is no blaming and no yelling. So the ability to heal traumas and create Mental Health is the normal human social life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Motorcycle across Canada, and the Astraea Cetal in Chilli and up through Argentina.
Been around Cape Horn & Falkland Isles ( in the small Cruise ship )
Sailboat in winter during the Pandemic, with atmospheric Rivers blasting floods, roads washed out, up From Vancouver to Prince Rupert. ( Carib and the Med are very relaxing. Good swimming but HAVE NO SEA LIFE ! The Pacific NW is the last place on the planet with a natural healthy ocean, BTW.
But hey, looking for more fun? Try it in Hurricanes. )

What I Can Share with Hosts

I fix a few things around the house. Other folks wave me over to fix mechanics, electrical, fiberglass, woodworking . . But really graduated in Sociology & Narrative Therapy, trauma recovery counselling.
