About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn german (atleast get to a level higher than a five year old kid)

ABOUT ME

All about me, ill summarize it with: Not loud, just outgoing.
Well this isnt really easy, to write stuff about yourself, but ill give it a try. As stated above, im a pretty active person, almost hyperactive, but not over the top.
I love to dance, but I can also spent hours talking about really random stuff. I would dare to say that im as far away from boring as you can get. Besides studying medicine, im into sports, at the time beeing im traing to run the marathon and I play handball. Before ive been playing basketball, and I would never say thank you to a round of beach volley!

I love to learn new languages, i find it aazing when you can go into the local shop of the plae you are and be able to have a small conversation. Yeah i kind of love to talk with people.

PHILOSOPHY

A world with peace, is a world we should strive to achieve.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the timebeeing im on exchange and travelling a little myself. But I love to show people around Bergen, sometimes i think i should work as a guide, i love telling people fun facts about my city. so if you are hanging around Bergen town, let me know and I can show you around!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only had really good couchsurfing experiences.
There is no better way to experience a new town, than to stay with the locals, thats when you find all the hidden pearls and be able to avoid all the tourist traps.

Interests

In my free time I work to abolish nuclear weapons, sometimes do so much for the organization that i kind of forget to study. but it makes me feel like im achieving my life goal: a safer, more humanitarian world, so its all good.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the time im reading how to kill a mocking bird by Harper Lee. Im trying only to read books in german, to improve my language skills, as I love to learn new languages.

Films: I would watch a french film any day of the week. And my life is way to short to watch crap hollywood productions.
A good film should leave you with an impression, im not fond of ranking films, but maybe one of the best films i have ever seen would be "a time for drunken horses"
I also never leave the cinema before the rolling credits are finished.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wont try to say that I have done so many extra ordinary things, like bungy jumped or parachuting.
Im the kind of persons who treasures small moments, like when i see two old people holding hands on the streets and they are really in love.

But I must say the most amazing thing I have ever done, must be to help receiving a baby in Kenya. I never thought I was the kind of person who would be emotionally affected by that, but it was maybe the most wonderful thing I have ever seen in my life. When that baby started breathing and screaming, I had tears in my eyes

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you norwegian or english, or maybe some punjabi if you like to!
I knit and crochet, so if you want to learn how to knit a baby jumper, socks or make a blanket! I always have my handcraft with my when i am travelling.
