ABOUT ME

I belong to Hisar , Haryana, India but have spent most of my life in Delhi,Mumbai, Rohtak, Behal, Kurukshetra. I have visited two countries Iran and Dubai, in recent years, for Projects on Design. Sightseeing and meeting new people has become like a hobby to me!

In my opinion, travel is not always so much about the destination, as it is about the people and the journey there. People are everything about a place; to know a place, you should know the people.

Sincere, open-minded with a great sense of humour, who always search for new experience... I enjoy a lot a good conversation, a trip to anywhere, a quiet October evening with chillout music & friends, an adventure in the night or even a long road driving a car...

I love to travel, to learn, and meet new people; cliche isn't it - but oh so true.

I have big smile, and even bigger heart, and I can't wait to make more new friends all over the globe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Once Michael stayed (http://michaelbluejay.com/) at my place and he enjoyed meeting me and mom and dad. He liked the homely food. It was in 2006 ...much before this couchSurfing concept got popular on the net.

Qeshm Island Iran. There was a place which was supposed and said to be under the sea some 1000 year ago. I am unable to recall the name of those sand mountains...

In June 2014 I did a road trip from Kurukshetra, Chandigharh, Chail, Narkanda, Kufri, Sangla, Chitkul, Nako, Losar, Kunjum, Batal, Rohtangpas, Manal, Shimla, Kurukshtra.......and It was a life time experience.....

The most amazing thing I have seen is a smile and bliss on homeless children's face in India! Once i hosted a lunch for 50 poor kids . Tear came in my eyes when i see the small kids first sucked the rasgulla and then eat .......probably it was the first of their life.... Imagine you are healthy, everyday you eat tasty delicacies, live in comfortable place... They have absolutely nothing, but they still keep smiling! This is something really incredible!! Let's share joy and bliss with others!
