Oh, that a lot to tell about =)

My name is Salim, and I am 21 years old. Currently I am studying at the Westminster University in Tashkent, before that I've studied in University of Friedrich Schiller in Jena (Germany). I am fond of traveling, reading, playing music (piano and guitar), I am also interested in law, science, politics, history. When traveling abroad I always try to learn more about history and life of other people, and I enjoy making new friends. In Uzbekistan we have a little family business - publishing house (thats why I love to read so much!), and licorice factory. And maybe the last thing - that I am a great fan of J.R.R.Tolkien (author of Lord of the Rings)

Interests

Reading books, watching movies, playing sports (basketball, or shooting), debating over political and historical areas, everything what helps me learn and develope myself.

Oh, I'd be happy to tell more about Uzbekistan, its history, our life here. For many people, Uzbekistan is assosiated with something islamic/religeous, and usualy compared with Afghanistan, however it is not like that =)

I'd be happy to learn about new countries, about peoples life there. I've traveled a bit already, and I really enjoy learning about other nations.
