我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've always been open to housing others. My grandparents were always taking people in, and my parents did too. I was an RA in college, letting my freshmen sleep on my couch when they needed it. I've only formally hosted 3 times for couchsurfing, as I've often had roommates less cool with the idea. But I'm always open to showing folks around. I love introducing people to my city.

I had the extreme joy of being hosted in Taos, NM and St. Paul, MN through the site and am so grateful for those experiences.

I learned how to crew a sailboat and became second-mate on a 75-foot 2-masted schooner. :)

Food: I can cook Middle-Eastern food and New Mexican food. I can make from scratch: yogurt, kefir, cheese, almond milk, soy milk, tofu, bread, ketchup, mustard, mayo, pie, custard, and more. and I can teach any of these.

Crafts: knitting, crochet, sewing, paper crafts. I have a Silhouette paper cutter.

I'm a sponge. I want to learn everything. What can you teach me?
