I had an old cs profile in 2008-9 when I lived in Florida and I made some friends, traveled and hosted but I can't log into the associated email, so I started a new one 2015. My name is Sally (Lena) and I am moving soon. I want to get involved with local communities and meet more like minded people to expand the network and build eco communities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have had great past experiences with couchsurfing and would like to continue being a part of the community in whatever way is most appropriate at any given time.

Interests

I like to do yoga, meditation, swim and dance. I am happiest in nature and since I've been back in the North I dream about living in a green house! I am very focused on healing and finding my place in the approaching new paradigm that many of us are collectively creating.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to share some of my ideas on communal living, what challenges many intentional communities have faced and how I believe we can fix those issues. I'd like to learn more about things within my scope of interest from experts in their respective fields.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am full of medical knowledge both eastern and western. I can teach yoga, guided meditation, I do hypnosis and reiki. I have researched alternative building concepts such as earth ships, earth bag, and cob house or straw bale houses as well as geodesic domes. I have also studied permaculture concepts and would love to work with others and implement and integrate some of these ancient and modern technologies towards more harmonious living!
