ABOUT ME

I'm a student at the University of Chicago but I'm currently studying in Paris. I love exploring new places, eating good food, and having good conversation! I usually travel with my boyfriend who is also here in Paris, and we both love music (anything from Steve Aoki to Vampire Weekend to Andrew Bird to Gogol Bordello we're into), getting to know different cultures, and enjoying life in general! We like to meet new people and especially like people who love their city and want to share it with us!

PHILOSOPHY

It's too early in life to have a concrete personal philosophy, that's what I'm trying to figure out with my travels and by meeting new people!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I'm looking to surf on other people's couches since I am traveling around Europe between my studies, but after March I am willing and able to host people if they want to come to Chicago!

I'm really interested in art history, fashion, food, and competitive and/or funny TV shows. Le boyfriend likes electro music, sports, and good food. We both share a mutual love for Top Chef (best show ever), the beach, and good wine.

I always hate this question, there are too many movies and musical artists and books to have an absolute favorite...
But I guess if I have to answer:
Favorite genres of music: (1) soulful electric and (2) indie pop
Favorite types of movies: (1) anything Disney as long as there are no sexist undertones and (2) interesting documentaries
Favorite books: (1) anything by Nabokov and (2) Harry Potter

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've seen in the past year is the palace of Versailles, the gardens are pretty unbelievable!
