ABOUT ME

I'm a laid back person (except when it comes to work) and I'm ready for a new challenge. 2012 will be the year for traveling for me and I've got some amazing destinations in place. I'd like to stay in nicer places but if I do that, I'll probably be home and broke in 2 months so I'm going to have to learn to budget!

I spend most evenings at the gym (if I don't go before work) or then reading or watching TV, sometimes go out with a small group of close friends for dinner/drinks.

Update: I'm currently traveling the world! Hanging out in Florida at the moment, working on my tan... next stop, SF, then Fiji, Cairns & Sydney! If you'd like to hang out just ask!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm just getting used to the idea of using CS and I'd love to meet people for a coffee or people who can show me around new towns and cities. If we get on, maybe you can host me?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far and I was skeptical but i've been told it's great so I'm giving it a go! Also, being in a city on your own isn't as fun as I thought - I like talking to people!

Interests

Other than the obvious... I like the finer things in life. 5* hotels are where I'm most comfortable so I'm pretty much out of my zone here but bear with me, I like to think I'm adaptable so I'll be OK! Here's an update... I'm fine!

I love cooking and eating out at new restaurants, trying new foods.

At the moment, I'm exploring & I want to see new things & try new things, push myself to be a more enlightened person.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quite a few, but occasionally I'll feel reflective and look at the moon and realise how insignificant our trials and tribulations actually are.

Other amazing things include... my rabbit babies and watching how quickly they've grown (aww), jet-skiing in dubai, walking on the beach amongst india's A-list celebs in Goa (and spending NYE eating and drinking copious amounts of green tea with an actor I grew up watching in movies!), flying through the streets of Bombay in a rickshaw with a driver who should've been a formula 1 winner, almost getting arrested at a Mumbai train station, an unforgettable hammam experience in Istanbul, night time in London walking through Trafalgar square with some great friends... I could go on but I'd rather share experiences over a coffee! (currently traveling & downing unlimited amounts of cwafee as the americans call it)
