About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Don't fail engineering!
ABOUT ME
My name's Andrew. I'm a university student in Calgary, Alberta, Canada studying engineering. When not in university, I live in Fort St John, BC, Canada. I work for a land surveying firm primarily servicing the NE BC oil and gas fields.
I'm an humanist and a political moderate, although probably a bit left leaning.
I lived in Liège, Belgium for one year as an exchange student through Rotary International.
PHILOSOPHY
I don't believe in an afterlife, so I don't live my life trying to get into any sort of heaven. I live my life under the belief that it is the only one I'll get.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm in Calgary! Gimme a call if you're in Cowtown and want to go for a drink. No guarantees though, engg is fairly time consuming.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None so far unfortunately, though I like to think I have an idea of what it's like from being an exchange student and living with several host families.
Interests
I'm very interested in the wonders of the natural world and the answers science has come up with to explain them.
I'm an avid musician, I play the electric guitar.
I am always happy to practice my French.
