ryan: expat from stillwater minnesota. found his soul in southeast alaska 15 years ago. morning person. loves hockey, kayaking, hiking. skinny-dips in our glacier-cold water. loves healthy food. dances like a maniac in the livingroom when vanessa isn't looking. stays humble, hustles hard.
vanessa: can't dance. loves baths. reads a lot. got ryan addicted to Reeses candybars. laughs at herself often. can't cook but tries! loves a good long walk. digs that she lives in the town where she was born.
US:
we use every single dish we own when we have friends over for dinner
we have dance parties in our kitchen at night with our kids during the dark months.
we live off of moose we hunt in our woods and salmon catch in our rivers.
we love living in a tight knit community; pretty blessed to have some super great folks around us.
we're generally low-key but usually up for an adventure.
