I'm a 31 year old chef from England living in Cologne, Germany. After finishing my degree I've lived and worked in various countries including South Africa, Scotland and Taiwan but have finally settled here in Germany. Pretty much everything I do involves some kind of creativity. When I'm not in the restaurant kitchen creating new dishes I'm either out with my camera somewhere in the city or in the studio making music. These are pretty much my biggest hobbies and including my German girlfriend and my dog, that's pretty much my life! Although my travelling days are mainly behind me I still love to visit new countries and learn more about other cultures and how other people live. This always ends up being a source of inspiration for all the things I do back home.

I impulsively signed up to cook for about 50 kids in a township outside of Cape Town from a tiny kitchen with help from people who didn't even know how to mash potatoes! Totally stressful but totally rewarding!
