Overview
About Me
Hey there! I'm a mix of an adventurous and an easy-going person, always curious about a place's history, culture, and, of course, food. As a former journalist, I love meeting new people, sharing stories, and learning about the world through their eyes. Traveling has taken me to 8 countries so far, and I've made friends all over the globe—which is honestly one of the best parts of it! When I’m not exploring, you’ll find me with a camera in hand or diving into a good book, with a pen ready to write down my next adventure.
Couchsurfing excites me because it’s a chance to connect with locals, learn about their traditions, share ideas, and maybe teach a little bit about my own home country, India. I’m all about making new friends, sharing stories, and exchanging cultural experiences.
Work hard and travel harder is my motto, so post my busy days at work, I'm always planning a getaway!
Also, very few people can pronounce my name the right way--let’s connect if you are interested to know the real name :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m new to Couchsurfing, but my friend suggested it and I’ve already had a great experience meeting other Couchsurfers in Vietnam (didn't stay at their place, but they took us around the town). It was fun to connect with people and learn about their local culture, so now I’m excited to give it a try myself! Looking forward to meeting more travelers and locals along the way.
