I'm a Colorado resident, 27, and have lived here most of my life. I grew up in the mountains but I've been a city dweller since I went to college in Washington, D.C. I enjoy backpacking, skiing, downhill mountain biking, rock climbing. All that mountain jazz. Fan of Hawaiian shirts. Definitely a fan of dumb humor, having fun with friends and meeting people.

I'm taking a last-minute trip to Scotland and Berlin since I have a break before I start a new job! Very excited about that, and considering couch surfing for a night or two. But mostly aiming for camping/backpacking in the Highlands. But I'm thinking I'll probably be a host when I get back, this seems cool!

Ghost Dog is a cool movie. I like any Coen brothers forays. And It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia has to be my fav show. Peep show is also hilarious.

I have a pretty eclectic taste in music. I enjoy a loud night in a sweaty underground electronic club, but also can sit back to some Hawaiian slide guitar or lately, Hank Williams (not JR!). Johnny Cash too.

Currently reading Catch-22 it's good. Bringing some non-fiction to Scotland though.

I waited until darkness and marched for four hours to the top of the mountain while dodging snowmobiles, snowcats and a moose. I removed the sign with my nickname, tucked it under my arm and skied away under the full moon...
