I'm 28 and grew up in a little town in the southwest English countryside. After 3 years working as a civil engineer, in February I quit my job and set of cycling from Bulgaria to India.

I play sports and prefer to spend as much time as possible outside, ideally near water. I speak conversational Spanish and I am trying to learn Russian whilst in Central Asia.

I like to explore new places and ideas and share these things with other people if I can! Any opportunity to learn something new from someone is great.

As well as discovering a place, one of my favourite things about travelling is meeting new people, learning about the place from a local, exchanging stories and knowledge and hopefully making friends in the process.

I love to see the side of a place only locals know and hope to reignite peoples love of their hometowns.

I love being outside, climbing mountains, listening to music, swimming, surfing and reading good books . I'd love to learn as much as I can about anything and share opinions and knowledge. I also enjoy cooking and would love to diversify my menu as much as possible.

I'll listen to most things but depending on the time of day I like everything from Old Hip Hop for breakfast to Techno at night.

I love to read, love sharing books and getting recommendations to diversify my library. Recently enjoyed; White Fang, Of mice and men and paddling north. I'm always looking for recommendations from local authors.
