ABOUT ME

I graduated from college and am currently teaching at an international school in Shanghai China.
I love adventuring and trying new things. My whole life I have been active in a variety of sports, from soccer to racket sports--currently I play Ultimate Frisbee as much as I can.
I consider myself a very easy going and laid back guy. Being generally optimistic and cheerful makes it easy to have fun and enjoy everything I do.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have crashed on many couches, floors, lawns and lazy-boy chairs with friends, friends of friends, and random strangers.
I have never had a poor experience, most everyone who opens their door is warm and friendly to a smiling face.

兴趣

I really like doing sports in any form notably; Ultimate Frisbee, soccer, tennis, badminton, as well as any outdoor sports such as kayaking, biking and hiking.

I'm also a big reader though I have been slacking on reading book recently. I enjoy reading the news, analysis of politics and world events, and general social reading.

Recently I've realized I get the most enjoyment out of seeing new things. Since I've been living in China I try to go about my life as "never go the same way twice" and try to see something new everyday.

Hiking in Glacier National Park in Montana in the Rookie Mountains was an amazing experience.
Kayaking in Prince William Sound in the Gulf of Alaska.
Hiking along the Tiger Leaping Gorge in Yunnan, China.
Being in Hong Kong for 2011 New Years Eve.
Walking around and exploring by foot New York City and Washington D.C.
Going from the beaches of Malaysia to hiking in the inner jungle mountains in a weekend.
