ABOUT ME

Moved to the Hawkes Bay to make wine two years ago and was lucky enough to get one of the houses at the winery that I work at. Even has a restaurant too so I dont have to go far if I cant be bothered cooking. But I like cooking. So I normally just borrow the chefs equipment.

PHILOSOPHY

I always view my glass as half full. And always ensure a bottle of wine is on hand so it always stays that way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Got introduced to couch surfing by some Californians I had living with me. Was asked "hey, would you mind if some Swedes came and stayed for a couple of nights?". I thought why not and over the course of the last 4 months have had a whole bunch of couch surfers through. Harvest is over so the Californians are back in the States leaving the house rather empty so figured I need my own profile now.

兴趣

I take grapes and turn them into wine. Which I think makes them tastier. Oh and food. The two best things to do in the Hawkes Bay.
