I'm always open to knew music. What I like tends to be any combination of funky, jazzy, bluesy, electronic.

My reading for the past year has definitely been slanted towards educating myself but I'd like to read more fiction eventually.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love sharing the things that I find interesting and I equally love learning from people who want to share their views or knowledge.

There are some things that I have learned which I am eager to share. I'm still a beginner in my eyes, but I have a lot to share on baking bread, making cheese and distilling spirits. I'm looking to start curing and preserving meat, so if you can teach me that would be great or we can just experiment.

What I Can Share with Hosts

In France a family I stayed with really appreciated the bread I baked for them. I imagine the most natural things for me to contribute to most people would be in the kitchen but there are also plenty of other things I might be helpful with.

I'm a process engineer so if you have any processes I'll help you engineer them.
