I'm not too sure what to say here? I run for fitness, love swimming in cold fresh water . I'm involved in some environmental campaigning and campaigning against the arms trade back in new Zealand. Dancing and dance music are the best, mainly in the weekend but also during the week if I remember.

I saw a NZ falcon catch a sparrow in mid-air when I was out running in Wanaka, new Zealand.
