ABOUT ME
School teachers' offering guardianship or homestay beside Novena MRT (near Ang Mo Kio (AMK), Braddell, Toa Payoh, Marymount , Bishan, Balestier, Bukit Timah, Dunearn, Newton, Scotts, Orchard, Farrer Park, Lavender, Thomson, Whitley , etc.)

We are registered guardians for Chatsworth International, Kaplan, EF International, Curtin University Singapore, Singapore American School, San Yu Adventist school, etc.

2 minutes walk to Novena MRT station, full guardianship services for all international students pursuing their study in Singapore.

School Teachers' family offering home-stay, guardianship for international students - at beautiful landed house/Apartment with condominium facilities.Over the years, we have hosted students from Thailand, USA, Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, UK, Scotland, Russia, Poland & Iceland. Many of them have become good friends.

Location 1 : Upper Thomson Road with easy access to Ang Mo Kio, or MaryMount MRT stations. It is a 3 storey landed property located along Upper Thomson Road. (near Ang Mo Kio, or Marymount MRT stations, with direct bus services to many central locations like Orchard Road, Raffles Place, Farrer Road, etc).

Location 2 : 2 minutes walk to Novena MRT station for international students studying in the Central. In beautiful Apartment at Novena Court (WALK UP 3RD STOREY UNIT, NO LIFT, GOOD EXERCISE TO KEEP FIT), a minute walk to San yu Adventist School(directly opposite the street, just cross over an overhead bridge).

Minimum period of stay : 1 year

Guardianship services include :

- Lodging (Air-conditioned, and fully furnished with table lamps, wardrobe, writing tables, etc.)

- Food (2 meals/day-breakfast & dinner during weekdays, all meals on weekends, school holidays and public holiday)

- Laundry - Internet surfing (We will encourage them to use it to contact their parents regularly; for school research, school assignments and not for games.)

- School work supervision, guardian for all schools for age 18 years old or below.
