ABOUT ME

My name is Sam and I started couch surfing some time ago traveling to Munich, Germany during Oktoberfest. My friend and I found a really amazing place to stay and it was a great experience.

I enjoy traveling/exploring, meeting new people, and learning more about the world and people who live in it. I get along with most everyone I meet and love to listen to stories people tell.

I am adventurous and like trying new things, I haven't had a chance to go abroad in awhile, but I am hoping I can make it happen in 2017.

I have lived in the Bay Area for almost two years ago and I can't believe how fast time has passed! I work in downtown SF and it's pretty fun. It's such a change from a smaller city in Southern California.

I love watching movies, reading, listening to podcasts, hiking/camping, practicing yoga, going to music festivals, performing in theatre and taking dance classes. I like rock climbing, exploring what SF has to offer, and trying new restaurants.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people and making new friends. I enjoy the experience of couch surfing more than staying in a hotel because it makes the experience more memorable.
