ABOUT ME

Hey all, I'm Sam, currently studying finance and economics at Otago University New Zealand. Am on student exchange at the University of North Carolina, have just finished and about to travel the US for a few weeks!! Can't wait to meet some amazing people. Next year I plan to start my masters in Finance. Am currently living in Dunedin with my gf and enjoying life, reading, any ball games (squash, tennis, golf etc) and trying to finalize this bloody visa.

PHILOSOPHY

Work/leisure balance is one of the most important decisions we make. Yes we should all strive to better ourselfs, our family, and the community through hard work and learning,but making money is only th tip of the iceberg. We can better ourselfs and the community through spending time with each other and listening to each other.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I'm not travelling my flat will always be open for someone, only a couch is available. Also always willing to meet and help out travelers coming got my home town, I enjoy meeting you and hear your stories! Will hopfully use this service when i travel the states.

Interests

Sports, mostly requiring hiting a ball - cricket, tennis, golf ect. Like to read novels, just not textbooks. Am starting to get into bodysurfing, Don't have the funds yet to invest in surfing. Love travelling!
