Hi, I'm an easy going Aussie who likes to travel and the outdoors. I lead a fairly simple life by the beach and spend time with friends dining out, camping, or enjoying a sunset drink. I like to capture and share amazing photos and this sometimes involves getting underwater or an invigorating hike. Looking to meet like-minded souls!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm keen to experience more than just a place, but also it's people and culture. New adventures large or small, enjoying a drink with tasty meal, and discovering hidden gems that only the locals know about. I'm interested in people and what makes them tick. I have a healthy home and lifestyle that I'm able to share and help make someone else's travels all the more rewarding. I have formed great connections with people I met travelling and hope to find more!

TV series- Game of Thrones, Shameless, Outlander, The Handmaids Tale were all pretty entertaining.
Books- Not an avid reader.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I like to swim with things- schools of hammerhead sharks, wild dolphins, seals, manta rays. I was stupid enough to be head-butted by an elephant once. Amazing in both my stupidity and survival!

I converse easily about health, travel, nature, and sport. History and politics are not strengths but I'm willing to be enlightened! I'm all up for discovering new perspectives and ideas. I love the challenge of acquiring a new skill. I've traveled extensively in my own country and abroad so have many tips to share for your next adventure.

What I Can Share with Hosts

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is a mantra that sits well with me. I hope my hosts would find me respectful of both physical and personal space, and to not take anything for granted. I am more than willing to help out around a hosts home and express my gratitude, share my friendly personality, and hope my hosts may visit sunny Perth one day so I can repay their hospitality.
