I am currently bumming around Europe for the summer, have a grand time. Will soon be moving myself to London for work, it's been a fantastic summer but I really can't wait to get back to the madness of kitchen life. Food is truly my passion, it's art... You can eat!

There is no better way to see a city than though the eyes of someone who lives there. I love to connect with people from all over, I find it truly amazing how sometimes you can just click with people from vastly different backgrounds, like you have known them for years.

Movies- I'm a sucker for 80's and early 90's films. It's so cheesy but I love it!

Books- I love Sci-FI Fantasy, and on the other end of the spectrum Biographies and Memoirs. Im in the process of reading The Silmarilion, I love Tolkien to my core!

Quit my job, put my life in a storage locker and took off! It's worked out well so far...
