Overview
About Me
I'm weird, overall. I love adventure & travel, meeting new people, learning about cultures & trying to save the world. I used to be a flight attendant for two of the leading airlines in India and have 3 years worth of experience. I hope to have my own business one day. Until then, I plan to travel the world & gather happy memories & have fun times with zen people.
P.s - incase people were wondering, no, I am not Indian by blood. I was born and raised here. My dad is Chinese and my mom... Well, I don't really know. She has Portuguese, African, Goan and British roots. Family gatherings are like sitting in a UN meeting.
DISCLAIMER : If I add you, its most likely because I want to eat the food you cook (I confess. I love food, have a good spice tolerance for an Asian & local/homemade food is awesome!)
Also - Forgive me for responding late. Still learning how to use this thing. I'm also very busy for tge most part & I am a cat mom (long story there but my conversion of heart towards the fuzz balls might warm yours (lol the cheese) ).
Guys, I am new to Mumbai, too. I moved here cause I was based here. I can't help you with much regarding Mumbai. Sorry! :(
Welcome to my profile! (:
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I want to know what people around the world are like. What's the thought process? How do things function in their society? What makes them happy, sad or angry? What do they do when they're free? All of it. I want to make a strong bond with people that don't necessarily have much in common with me & just do the most random stuff & be a learner.
Interests
I've travelled India like a local and pretty extensively. But... There is still SO much ground to cover! This country is huge! I'm a bathroom singer. I still do flight attendant things out of habit in the most random settings and it makes me look crazy. I love a good chat. I make good tea(or chai, as the locals would call it). I love reading interesting books so throw me a list! :P I love the idea of everyone living in the same planet & being so diverse. Having so many differences & being able to learn from their culture, lifestyle & experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books
So, I've been reading the book 'Everything is F*cked' by Mark Manson. Its pretty good. I swear its not as depressing as the title says it is.
The Bible. Cause well... Its pretty awesome if you understand it.
Movies! The Pursuit Of Happiness, Freedom Writers Dairy, Homeless to Harvard, The Hangover.
Music... Depends on what you're into. I listen to everything. My genre range goes from Eminem to Mozart to metal. EVERYTHING.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In aviation... There's a lot of that. Amazing thing I've done? Packed my bags & just took myself somewhere randomly. Just caught a flight. Amazing thing I've seen? The view from the flight deck during cruise when the sun is setting. It's magnificent.
