Books: The Power of Habit, Notes from the Tiltawhirl

Music: enjoy a variety, but generally horrible with names of specific artists/bands. Folk/indie/rock/acoustic things are what I find myself listening to a lot of these days. A few current favs: Angus & Julia Stone, The Apache Relay, Matrimony, Avalanche City, Holy Fuck, St. Etienne, Cloud Control

Movies: Pretty sure I can impress (or depress) you with the movies I HAVEN'T seen. Don't watch much and can't remember the ones I do! Try me, and be shocked.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ran my first ultramarathon (50miles/85km!) in New Zealand this past year and the experience was beyond description. To be so enveloped in nature, supported by others, and push your body to the limits of it's capacity is a stunning, almost spiritual, experience.
