ABOUT ME

I was born in a small town in North Carolina, and at age 10 I moved to the suburbs of Pennsylvania. Since my second year of college I have lived in Philadelphia, which is an amazing city. I just graduated with a degree in psychology and criminal justice, and while I'm on the real person job hunt, I work at a bookstore to make some money. Last summer I finally made it to Europe, having never left the US before. My roommate and I stayed for a month and we backpacked across seven different countries. I would love to continue my travels and give others the opportunity to see all that is Philadelphia.

I love trying new foods, and have become somewhat of a foodie since being in college. I love baking and cooking and have really improved my abilities these past few years. I also love so many types of music, and going to concerts is a regular occurrence for me and my friends. Additionally in my spare time. I really enjoy reading which probably isn't too surprising considering the bookstore gig, and doing yoga.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I could be here for ages talking about music, but I am currently very into Bon Iver, Death Cab, Explosions in the Sky, Iron and Wine, Local Natives, Modest Mouse, City & Colour, The Front Bottoms, and personal guilty pleasures- Usher and Justin Timberlake. I'm mostly into comedies when it comes to movies, but I can get behind a good drama as well. I'm interested in lots of different types of books, but I've always had a soft spot for mysteries.

Standing in the gardens next to the Mouth of Truth in Rome at night and overlooking the whole city with a bunch of new friends was amazing. I wish I could recreate that moment over and over again.
