ABOUT ME

Currently in my general surgery residency at OHSU. I enjoy meeting new people, exploring new areas, and traveling to new places. It's such a pleasure to meet people who come from a different (or similar) background from me and to learn more about their story. Fun fact, I have a very distinct laugh, and I love to laugh, so if you ever meet me, you will probably hear me before you see me :)

I've always loved to traveling, but I sometimes found it daunting to pick up and go to a city that I've never been. I love the idea of couchsurfing because it gives me a resource for meeting locals in a new city, who often have similar interests as me.

Musica, film e libri

I'm a huge sucker for any type of live music, especially live blues music. But I tend to listen to a variety of music, just depending on what my mood is. I read a lot of different books, currently I'm diving into some of Carrie Fischer's work. Any author that can craft a good story I'm usually a fan of.

I've delivered babies. So that's kind of cool.

Insegna, impara, condividi

I'm happy to teach anyone about my experiences, and things I've learned so far in life. I would love to learn more about other cultures and other people's experiences, because we all have a unique story. Being able to share our stories with others is so important to improving the dialogue around important issues we all face in society.
