I am an outgoing, open-minded and always happy French girl. Ok I am a bit shy when I just meet new people, but get me started and I will never shut up (just ask my siblings ...)

I cannot stay in one place for too long before I get bored. So as of today, I am 25 years old, I have lived one year in Kansas (Wichita) in the USA, 6 months in southern Sweden, a year in Northern Sweden, 6 months in Brazil, travelled for a few months in south America and lived for the past 6 months in Germany.

What defines me best: eager to learn more (any language is good to take !), eager to see more, eager to meet amazing people, and fulfilling all this is what makes me the most happy !

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I first joined couchsurfing in 2012 without really knowing what to expect.
My first experience was so great, with this super fun and nice guy in Göteborg (Sweden), that it made me wanna travel that way ALWAYS !
I couldn't care less about sleeping on a bad couch or on the floor, what matters is those really really great, interesting and divers people I am meeting through this way of traveling.
I am always amazed when I think back of all those people I met just through couchsurfing, all those I am still in touch with, and all those that had an actual impact on my life.

兴趣

I simply love traveling, seeing either nice countryside or the city sights, both can be amazingly pretty and interesting to my point of view. I love to take pictures of places I go to, so I can always remember these moments.
I love to spend time with my friends, just hang, talk, laugh.
I believe that knowing or at least being interested about the culture of the country that you visit is really important. As a sign of respect to anybody from there and because very often you wouldn't understand their actions or sayings if you aren't interested in their culture. Also, I believe that a big part of that culture is being passed on through the language. I love learning a new language. I was born and grew up monolingual, and since the age of 16 I learned English, followed by Swedish since I am 18, Portuguese (Brazil) since I am 20 and I am now mostly working on German, all of this with a constant background of Spanish. But I wish it could be possible for me to speak all of the languages that exist ... Doubt my dream will ever come true ;)

I love Tim Burton's and Xavier Dolan's movies. Very diferent styles, but both with their own kind of magic.
I listen to any kind of music, lately mostly indie rock.
I don't read so much, although I love it but just kinda too lazy to open it! My challenge right now: read the Game of Thrones books in English (just the 5th left !)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went up to Kiruna in Sweden during the summer, saw the town and arounds in the daylight at midnight, and went back there during the winter, while there was 2 meters of snow and the sun never rose... Amazing and incredible place, the North is !
I swam in the Baltic Sea (yes it is cold ;) )
Hang gliding over Rio de Janeiro, beautiful sights !
Trek and climb up the Pedra da Gàvea in Rio de Janeiro (844 meters high, took me 1:53), to end up just above the clouds, really quiet and dreamlike place. One of the most amazing memories I'll ever have!

I have a lot to share concerning my travels, but mostly I love to hear people stories about their own travels or countries of origin, that are always so exotic to me !
If needed I am pretty good with languages and would always be happy to give a hand in French (it is my actual job !), English, Swedish or Portuguese! And if someone out there is willing to help me with my German, I would accept the help gladly !

I am the most happy person ever whenever I travel, willing to talk a lot, or not at all depending on what the hosts like best, willing to share moments, meals, walks ... I can try and cook something for you if you want (I was said I make wonderful crêpes - traditional of my native region - ).
Mostly I bring along my happiness, and hope my hosts like it !
