I`m not sure I have just ONE mission but I`ve always liked this quote. "My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style" " â

ABOUT ME

I grew up on an island of 10,000 people and love to spend time on the water. I haven`t traveled extensively but really hope to change that in the near future.

My interests are extremely varied and I love learning about new cultures, languages, customs... practically anything.

I`ve been living in Nicaragua since May 2008 working as a Peace Corps volunteer in the small business development program.

Anything you else would like to know, just ask!

I`m fairly new to Couch Surfing so thus far I have only met up for dinner and drinks with a few surfers. I`m excited to start hosting and surfing!

I love historical biographies. I don`t read a lot of fiction but one of my favorites is Fall On Your Knees and pretty much anything by Isabel Allende.
