ABOUT ME

My name is Samantha and I am a life enthusiast. I currently live in bustling and multicultural Toronto, Canada, and I love every moment of it. I enjoy being in nature, (hiking, swimming, camping, boating, cycling, walking... you name it), web design & development, dance, poetry, reading, writing, self-improvement, food, and loads more. I generally just really enjoy life and having amazing experiences .

In 2011 I completed a 1500km bike trip from Manchester, England, to Paris, France and I have made friends all over the world. My current living situation prevents me from being able to host anyone, but if you would like a tour around the city, tips on where to eat/what to do etc... i would be more than happy to meet up!! Drop me a line!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love both hosting and surfing, although my current living situation prevents me from hosting anyone comfortably- I am more than willing to meet up, show you around the city or take you to the Art Gallery or the Museum for free with my memberships.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had some excellent surfing experiences in England and France. I hope to continue having these great experiences, it's the best way to travel.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I biked 1500 KM over 3 months from Manchester, UK to Paris, France. I have also climbed Mayan ruins, swam in some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, canoed down rivers through the jungle, trekked/spelunked through ancient pitch black caverns, cliff jumped over waterfalls, hiked through bamboo forests, surged with humpback whales bellowing behind me and more.

I can teach HTML, CSS, and basic Javascript & Jquery, photography, flexibility exercises (I used to be a circus instructor).

Stories of travels, I can cook you food ( I love cooking and I make some great soups), I am also pretty great at tidying up/ organizing, I can teach you how to build a basic website, I am a pretty good conversationalist too :)
