CURRENT MISSION

Inspired by a visit to Portugal in November 2016, I've started studying Portuguese. I'm working on the Brazilian variety, and hope to visit that country sometime soon.

I'm a pretty laid back guy. A geek for sure, I spend too much time on the computer for work and play, but I enjoy disconnecting too. My passions are traveling and languages--all the better when these two intersect. I enjoy meeting new folks, particularly when we're speaking something other than English ;-). Love international cuisine, music and film.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm just getting started on CS. I've hosted once and have been hosted once, and went to a few CS events when visiting Paris last summer. I met great folks there that I still keep in touch with.
