What I Can Share with Hosts

MY COUNTRY

If your travelling through Scotland a few places I would recommend are;
Isle of Skye (fairy pools, the Storr, Quiraing), Eilean Donan Castle, Lochness, Ben Nevis, Glencoe, Cairngorms National Park, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the islands of Shetland and Orkney. These are just some of the first I would recommend however the list is quite long and I've still not seen everything in my own back garden in the 20 years I've lived there. Scotland has a lot to offer if you really get into the culture and enjoy the brutal weather and heavy diet of mainly tatties and sheeps (potatoes).

Movies from Scotland to help you to get accustom to the accent are;
Trainspotting 1&2, Filth, Brave
And for the most historically inaccurate movie of Braveheart.
Coast is an interesting Television series.

Music such as Travis, Idlewild, Paolo Nutini, The Proclaimers, Red hot chillie pipers, to name a few off the top of my head.

But I guess the ultimate thing you got to do is simply go to a pub and have a pint with the locals.

CANADA
Well I'm still exploring this great country and have a lot to see and do. Ive just recently moved into the North Vancouver area so up for exploring more.
