Hi there, my name is Sam. My pronouns are she/her in english and elle en français. I am a 23 year old recent graduate from University of Texas in the state capital of Austin. I lived in Houston and Austin for a long time before moving back to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where I am originally from. I love to travel around this area in particular (the Mid Atlantic/Northeast) because of its geographic location--the mountains, the beach, and surrounding big cities are all within a short bus, train or plane ride. And it's all super beautiful!

A travers le français j'ai découvert le domaine d'histoire et le concept de diasporas de langues et mes etudes superieures se sont conformées ainsi: je me suis spécialisée en histoire de France et plus particulierement sur des questions de déportation des homosexuels pendant la seconde guerre mondiale en france comme en europe nazie.

I am on couchsurfing to continue meeting really interesting and open-hearted people. I have made strong bonds with a few particular folks in Western Europe throughout my time there because of couchsurfing. They mean a lot to me, so I would love the opportunity to meet more folks like them.
