CURRENT MISSION

Hi,my name is Sammy i have decided to travel a little different than what i am used to ! i recently stumbled upon cycle touring while searching the best way to travel and after reading blogs,guides and seeing photos of incredible scenery and people i found this highly inspirational and decided it had to be done. i have almost got rid of all the things i dont need and hope to pack what i do need into two bags and start riding! i dont really have an idea of where im heading apart from the starting point! i will not be trying to set speed records, make daily mileage and i like the idea of not having a set route to take (i have a much time as i need). the purpose of this trip is to be out of my comfort zone,experience as much as possible and have the time to soak it all up! this is all new to me and rather than plan for every scenario i will hopefully figure things out on the way!

Interests

I'm a huge football /soccer fan and enjoy most sports in general I hope someone will teach me how baseball works one of these days! I like to cycle and get out and about!i enjoy cycling and getting out and about.
i would to try more outdoor activities having lived in city's most of my life i would love to learn some new things maybe hiking/camping?
traveling! the obvious one but this is my first big solo travel and have loved the experience so far and it makes me just want to see everything!

music- im willing to give anything a chance anything from ben howard to artic monkeys. i enjoy hip hop,dance,brit pop and some rock.

i watch as many movies as possible which means i see alot of bad films as well as good ! im a big indie fan and enjoy foreign films as well as big blockbiusters!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

living and working in Spain when i was 18!
just recently visited Yellowstone park and seen old faithful which was incredible!
seeing the views on the train from new York to California!
