We are building a TINY HOUSE and hope to meet anyone who has experience with this.

We currently live in Newcastle, NSW. It's a slice of paradise with all the modern commodities you may need. Beaches, skate parks and lots of great wildlife and nature. We're Samson and Ebbiny, a couple of geeky artists from Australia. We've been together for over 12 years and are best friends.

Sam is someone who can talk to anyone, even if they have nothing in common. He loves funny stuff, songs, stories, people and loves to laugh. He works at Newcastle Art Gallery. Ebbiny can be quiet, but is very friendly once she gets talking. She is amazing at video games. She's the brains of the outfit.

PHILOSOPHY

Both of us believe strongly in "being the change you want to see in the world" and work to help others see their inner awesomeness. We're open to making friends in any race, culture, gender/sexuality. Everyone is made of the same stuff and all that matters is taking care of one another.

We always look for hosts and guests very carefully, reading their profile fully and with the intention of making a connection. We surf because we have faith in humanity and trust our fellow surfers to inspire us, be fun yet safe and teach us things :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is a way of life. You must have love and faith in your heart to surf. It has taught us that strangers are simply people who are waiting for you to reach out with your own kindness.

We have surfed our way through Europe and USA. We've been blessed that every host has been beautiful, cool, creative, intelligent and all of them are decent human beings.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked on fire. Been together 10 years. Crossed Golden Gate Bridge. Filmed during London Riots. Travelled Europe on £100 for 2 weeks. We have volunteered for lots of different events, and always, the attitude of others around us is uplifting. Helping people is the greatest feeling in the world.
Wales - Cardiff - The castle there is restored and breathtaking. It's def worth a visit.
Amsterdam - Everything there was beautiful. The people, the food, the sites, the atmosphere. Magic.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you want to be an okay artist, draw when you feel like it. If you want to be an amazing artist, you must practice even when you don't want to, every day, for at least 10 minutes.

It takes 1000 bad pictures to create 1 good one, but that good one will be magnificent.
If you want to be loved, then you must love. Love is free and shouldn't be conditional - the more love you give out, the more you will see in your life. Real, true, honest love, with no attachments or rules. That is true freedom.
