About Me
Hi everyone!
I have big dreams, and now I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone to pursue them. I travel to explore, to learn, and most importantly, to truly live. My journey has taken me across Asia, bringing me unforgettable experiences and deep personal growth.
I created a personal project called Palate of the World, through which I discover cultures via food. I believe the local food shared with me by kind people along the way will be some of my most valuable memories.
My goal is to share culinary knowledge with people from different backgrounds. This project promotes respect for food and culture, making it a shared experience that connects people.
To a beautiful future, where everyone is a story and every story is a journey.
See you on the road!
