I'm a computer science undergraduate from India living in Zurich for four months while working on my Bachelor's thesis.

Now that I'm in Switzerland during the winter, I absolutely want to hike in the snow (don't know how to ski).

I plan to travel around Switzerland a lot during the next few months, and around Europe in general too, to some extent.

The general plan, in fact, is to travel, to have crazy experiences, and to live such stories right now as will be worth telling if/when I'm grey.

I play the guitar, like to read, adore spicy food, and am nerdy. If any of the above sounds like you, feel free to ping. I'm actively looking for friends and folks to hang out with; I have temporarily switched off the "no" button on my tongue and in my head. Open to all sort of craziness! Well, almost.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here because I've realized that a Google search along the lines of "Best less known things to do in city X" does not usually give the desired results.

On a side note, I'm planning to travel alone during my semester in Switzerland, and want to ensure that alone does not convert to lonely; looking to meet people, locals and fellow travellers alike, during my weekend trips. Here to walk all those new city streets, talk while at it, and have a good time.
