I’m on Couchsurfing because I love the idea of connecting with people beyond the usual tourist experience. For me, it’s not just about offering a place to stay, but about sharing stories, learning from different perspectives, and building friendships across cultures.

Hosting gives me the chance to introduce my culture, traditions, and way of life—and in return, I get to experience the world through the eyes of my guests. I enjoy good conversations, cooking together, and exchanging little everyday details that often say more about a culture than any guidebook.

Moved to Amsterdam on my own, completely different environment, started a new life, and turned it into a place that feels like home - this is probably the most amazing thing happened in my life recently.
