ABOUT ME

I live in Helsinki, where I grew up, studied and nowadays work mostly in and around the music business. Right now I'm taking a year off to concentrate on writing my first novel, which is cool (scary). I just got back from a round-the-world trip that was just the best thing ever. Now I'm trying to enjoy my life back home and find new cool things to do in Helsinki. Wouldn't mind having company doing that.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can accommodate surfers in Helsinki and would love to be hosted by locals interested in meeting new people and showing them around town. That's the best way to get to know new places and that's exactly how I aim to entertain my guests too.

I live in a studio flat so you'd be sleeping in the room with me. I wish you wouldn't mind. I have a comfortable double bed, a couch and a mattress.

I expect surfers to both respect my flat by being clean and to respect me by not just using it for just a free sleepover. So don't be mad if I don't accept your request, I want to make sure that you have a good stay with a chance to get to know me.

Wanna go for a beer? Sure.
Wanna go and play soccer? Sure.
Wanna go and see a gig? Sure.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only awesome experiences in the States during summer 2012 and again this year. Also hosted a few super nice guests in my flat.

My passions are my work: music, football (soccer), travel. How you may ask?

MUSIC
I've worked in and around Finnish music and entertainment field in numerous companies as well as in my own one-man business that concentrates mostly on event management.

FOOTBALL & TRAVEL
Me and my friend kinda accidentally found ourselves filming, narrating and producing a football travel documentary series that had us visit 18 European countries in 2014-15. Oops.
