Because once in a while wanderlust gets me and because I love the idea of helping each other out. Moreover, I believe that traveling creates a sense of unity across cultures, which is such a valuable experience in this world of insanity.

I don't think that Couchsurfing is or should be a dating platform, so if you just want to hook up with someone please don't write to me. I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to travel, meet interesting people and make amazing experiences. The little joys of life, hiking, deep conversations at the campfire's light, watching the stars, bungee jumping, people with a open soul to the world, feeling truly alive, a warm cup of tea before I go to sleep, ice cream, chocolate and everything that's sweet, scouting, AFS, people that are thankful, bbq and beer at the lake, getting a parcel, making gifts, traveling by train while looking out of the window, the film "la vita é bella", meeting people that inspire me, being spontaneous and just doing something stupid once in a while, the sun, reading reports, the hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, running or just sport in general, photo albums, my family, Christmas dinner at my grandmother's house, the feeling of being part of a big community, honesty, dreaming, waking up when the birds are singing outside, fajitas and every kind of foreign food, ska concerts, the lord of the rings, feeling at home even if I'm not, little markets and busy streets, stories from far away, traveling and exploring.
