Dear couchsurfing brethren!

I'm Dutch, grew up & have lived in a bunch of places. I've decided it's a good time to take a break, to clear my mind from the daily rut, reassess my priorities in life & learn from the people I meet on the way.

In Sept.-Oct. 217 I intend to travel, mostly by bike, from Finland to Germany.

Easygoing, curious, generally positive & up for meaningful conversation :)

Tired of hostels - they keep you trapped in the tourist bubble. Prefer to meet locals on couchsurfing.

Hiked through the bush, went on walking safaris & went canoeing (on the Zambezi river) in Zambia.

Have eaten a crocodile burger. Pretty tasty!

Travelling (in part by bike) from Finland through the Baltics, Poland & Germany to the Netherlands!
