This is my first time using CS, after some of my friends recommended it as a great way to travel and meet locals, so I'm excited to see who I meet through it!

I'm an Aussie girl studying media and marketing, planning to see as much of the world as possible!! I'm currently studying at UCLA in Los Angeles but am about to finish and embark on a 5 month trip around North, Central, and South America. I'm looking to spend a few days in Los Angeles from the 13th of Feb until around the 18th with someone who could show me a few of the sights I haven't had the chance to see yet, and tell or show me some of their favourite non-touristy locations and restaurants! No worries if you work during the week and can't show me around, I'm a very independent traveler and have plans of things I'll go see regardless. Whether you want to go on hikes, eat out, or go out at night, it be awesome to get to know you as a person and see how you live your life in LA!

About my personality, I'm a positive, outgoing person who loves to experience new things and challenge myself! I've done a lot of travel before and love meeting new people and sharing stories.

Just a heads up I'm NOT here for hook ups or anything of that sort. I'm here to make new friends around the world and visit new locations, so if you're looking for that kind of fun you're looking in the wrong place. I'm also looking for places that are queer friendly - if you're homophobic please look elsewhere. Not a massive fan of smoking either, as I like to live a relatively healthy lifestyle (besides a few drinks and chocolate)

I used to study musical theatre so love a good musical soundtrack! I also like hip hop, RnB, pop, and most things that are similar.

I love action and adventure movies, along with sci-fi, comedy, and romcoms. I love pretty much any and all Marvel movies.
Tv shows I currently watch (and love) include Game of Thrones, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Wentworth, Orphan Black, Orange is the New Black, Jane the Virgin, Agent Carter.

I don't get time to do much reading at home due to a very busy schedule (partly the reason I'm traveling/escaping for so long), but I mainly read articles on media and marketing to keep me updated with my profession. I do love fantasy books, as I love reading and watching things that would never happen in real life.

- Camel riding across the Sahara Desert, Morocco
- Hot air ballooning over Cappadocia in Turkey
- Sailing in Croatia
- Going to China and learning how the media landscape operates over there

And so many more!
This trip I'm most looking forward to seeing Chicken Itza in Mexico, staying in the Amazon Jungle in Ecuador, and hiking the Inca Trek in Peru.

My specialties include teaching you about Australia's deadly animals to encourage you to come visit Australia one day, and teach you our slang - we really do abbreviate everything and don't think twice about it!
I'll also give you a run for your money if you play video games (Super Smash Bros or Mario Kart - bring it on)

I'd love to learn more about the places I'm planning on going to in America, how Americans live, and and even learn some Spanish.

I can share with you all my experiences traveling and when I return back to Australia hopefully if you ever come and visit I'll be able to host you!
