ABOUT ME

For the next 10 months I will be teaching English at a school in Zhuzhou, Hunan, China. During this time I want to learn as much as I can about China, ideally pick up some of the language but I am a traveller at heart and I love to share experiences of the world with over a beer or two with like minded souls. I am pretty well travelled but I feel I havn't scratched the surface yet, after China I would like to head to either West Africa or South America.

I am pretty active and enjoy most sports, particularly Rugby, Cricket and Water Polo (I hope to start up a rugby team at my school in China, though that could be quite a challenge). Anything active should interest me, perhaps the occasional bungee jump or sky dive followed by a good bar where the heart rate can be brought back down to normal over a cold beer.

Has to be the skydive over Queenstown, New Zealand (though word of warning to male readers when that cord gets pulled it gives a rather unwelcome tug on the crown jewels). White water rafting down the Nile in Uganda was another highlight.
