Sam - originally from Wexford, working for an environmental education startup based in the South East of Ireland. I enjoy surfing, hiking, and spending time with family and friends after living outside of Ireland for over seven years. Oh, and I love cooking!

Eva - originally from Missouri, USA. Works as an Ayurvedic Practioner, mostly online, and is also a big fan of surfing, hiking and (very fortunately) spending time with Sam's family and friends. Oh, and loves Sam's cooking!

We've moved back to Ireland and currently live in Waterford where we're focusing on seeing family, getting into the great outdoors and making our way through Game of Thrones (Eva has only just discovered her love for the show, so no spoilers please!).
