ABOUT ME

my name is Sam Sunchild and I just turned 21 here in Missouri. I came home for my birthday and decided to stay and save money to move to Montana in the Springtime. I have lived in Chicago with two amazing girls for the past two years. It was beautiful and ridiculous and we found the goddamn hippies of Chicago. I'm worried I wont find such an amazing crowd elsewhere (here in St. Louis) but life has a way of proving me otherwise!
I was born in St. Louis but I moved around my whole life. North Carolina when I was 6, then Tennessee, New Jersey, Wisconsin, and Chicago, now back to Missouri. I lack friends in this area of the country because the last time I was here was in kindergarten so I'm Looking for some awesome kids here to hang with!

PHILOSOPHY

There are so so many beautiful people in the world. Each year the human population grows and with it so does the circle of souls we are surrounded by in our lifetimes. Whether you are a new soul or and old soul, we can learn from each other and from life's experiences together! Lets widen our soul circles!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was introduced to the Couch Surfing website by a friend I met at Summer Camp Music Festival in Chillicothe, Illinois. While living in Chicago my two roommates and i hosted a variety of wonderful people. It's nice to know you can trust, even the random.

Interests

All Music, Raging, working for the money to Rage and go to Shows, smoking weed, great conversations.
I enjoy reading and writing and making art. I love glowsticks and talking about music festivals almost more than attending music festivals. Just kidding, I wish i could live in festie land but working to be a better human being involves working hard at the things you don't like to do. I like joking around too. Laughter is the best medicine.
I have this vision of myself being very natural in the future. I want to learn how to ski, snowboard, surf and play music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i've been to almost every mountain range in america. and i think moving around as much as i have in my life has opened my eyes to the beauty of change.
I've survived 3 music Festivals and a Rainbow Gathering (which is basically like living off the land for months at a time with some very heady people). i'm always down for mind altering moments.

Teach, Learn, Share

Anything/Everything? I know of some beautiful art in the St. Louis area. Sculpture parks and great bars, I'll take you there. If you know of a great hike, LETS GO! We can bring our dogs.
