ABOUT ME

Qui et quoi? Je suis une étudiante qui préfère apprendre sur le terrain que dans une classe, vivre dans ses valises que dans une chambre et qui se ronge le frein avec compulsion. J'étudie la science pour satisfaire ma curiosité du comment?, je visite les musées pour satisfaire le quand?, je lis pour connaître le pourquoi? je voyage pour le où? et je travaille pour satisfaire le combien? de tout le reste.

I am an aspiring scientist, because that sounds awesome. I'm currently studying in the field of Biotechnology to be a certified lab technician. I wish to continue my studies in environmental sciences, to eventually be able to do research and conservation of aquatic and Arctic ecosystems.

I'm also a massive nerd, but I guess you can see that.

When not wishing to carve out my brain, I work at the National Art Gallery, enjoy local music, play video games and indulge my cinephilic tendencies. That doesn't mean I spend my time cooped-up. I love being outside, hiking, camping, swimming and skiing. I wish I could deck it out in the woods, Bear Grylls-style, but sadly my time with the Girl Guide was better spent selling cookies then learning a 100 different uses for a knife.

I also see that my English part is much more interesting then my French section. Yaaaaa, sorry about that. I'll change it soon. :)

PHILOSOPHY

Je suis experte en anglais, ça doit faire trois fois que j'apprends le cycle de Krebs et je suis le maître de l'électrophorèse sur gel d'agarose ! :)

Sans blague, je suis très connaissante en biologie et en chimie, en histoire du Canada et Québec et en culture générale. Je suis sûre que je peux vous apprendre quelque chose, et encore plus sûre que VOUS allez m'apprendre quelque chose !
