About Me
Hmm what to say. I’m someone who values slowness, humour and depth. I don’t love big social gatherings - I prefer smaller groups and 1/1s. Connection is really important in my life - to other people, to myself, to nature, to what I’m doing. When I feel disconnected I tend to get anxious, distracted and lonely - while when I’m more connected I tend to be more appreciative, present and creative.
I’ve spent most of my life working full time in social start ups and charities - I’m taking a break at the moment to focus on other things beyond work.
I enjoy coffee (and reading in cafes), theatre, forests and mountains, rivers and oceans. I like to write sometimes - although I’m quite self conscious about my writings. I’m a part time therapist and coach, and run workshops for small groups focused on how we can connect more honestly with one another.
