I am a middle aged nonsmoking, non-drinking, drug and disease free highly educated, articulate, humanistic NJB (nice Jewish boy) born, reared and now returned to what I like to call the FAAAAAAAAR west side of Manhattan in the shadow of the George Washington Bridge.

I spent half my life in California, the bulk in the Bay area (and the last 17 in San Francisco proper) until February when I returned to the scene of the crime; where I spent my formative years to take care of my mom, who subsequently died on her favorite holiday, May Day AKA International Workers Day. I've since bought my sister's out of their share of the house and am living here.

Subsequent to thirty years as a psychotherapist, I now help people reach a long held, deeply cherished but as of yet unfulfilled goal dream or desire as a Certified Life Coach. I'm a writer/editor/consultant with a focus on recovery and other human concerns, an aspiring novelist, a singer/songwriter, acoustic guitar teacher and am planning a memoir.

I much prefer the added context with the visual and audio to the written, thus WhatsApp and zoom are my preferred means of communication. Would you be willing?
